  • 12 years and above: Considered adults and subject to the full rate
Payment & Cancellation Policy ›
  • To confirm a reservation with Rafaheya, full prepayment of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
  • Modification or date change is permitted subject to availability.
  • Cancellation terms are as follows:
    • Up to 60 days prior to embarkation: Full refund or change of dates at no cost.
    • 30–59 days prior to embarkation: 50% of the total amount is non-refundable.
    • Less than 30 days prior to embarkation: The total amount is non-refundable.
  • In the unlikely event that Rafaheya must cancel a confirmed reservation, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule for alternative dates.
Rates are quoted in USD ($) and are valid only for the travel dates indicated. The program is based on a Soft All-Inclusive plan as specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice in case of variations in taxes, fuel surcharges, or service availability. Additional services not expressly mentioned are not included.
